a. Account and Authentication Information
When you log in to the App, we collect the following information:

- Authentication tokens (JWT) stored securely on your device using encrypted storage
b. Business and Operational Data
The App displays business-related data retrieved from our servers, including:
- Sales metrics, revenue, and growth data
- Inventory and parts information
- FMIP (Field Missing Inventory Program) submission statuses
- Warehouse-related data
This data is associated with your organization and role. It is retrieved from our servers and is not collected from your personal device.
c. Device Information
We may automatically collect limited device information necessary for the App to function properly, such as:
- Device type and operating system version
- App version

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Authentication: To verify your identity and provide secure access to the App.
- App Functionality: To display relevant business dashboards, metrics, charts, and reports based on your role and warehouse assignments.
- Notifications: To alert you of pending items or updates that require your attention within the App.
- Security: To protect against unauthorized access and ensure the integrity of your account.
- Improvements: To maintain, improve, and optimize the App's performance and user experience.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect it:
- Authentication tokens are stored on your device using encrypted secure storage (Expo SecureStore), which leverages the platform's native secure storage mechanisms (Keychain on iOS, EncryptedSharedPreferences on Android).
- All communication between the App and our servers is transmitted over HTTPS using encrypted connections.
- Passwords are never stored in plain text on your device.
- Session tokens are validated on each App launch, and expired sessions require re-authentication.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Within the Organization: Your data may be accessible to authorized personnel within Regan Wireless and T-Mobile as part of normal business operations.
- Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App and our servers, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party services:
- Expo / EAS (Expo Application Services): Used for app building and distribution. Expo's privacy policy applies to their handling of data.
We do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or social media tracking tools within the App.
6. Data Retention
We retain your authentication data only for as long as necessary to provide access to the App. Authentication tokens stored on your device are removed when you sign out. Business data displayed in the App is retrieved in real time from our servers and is not permanently stored on your device.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal or business retention requirements.
